Inter-library Loan

Looking for an item that the DMAE Library does not own?

As an HRLC member library we have access to the resources of most public and academic libraries in New Jersey. With a valid library card teachers and students may request items from other libraries to be delivered directly to the DMAE Campus via inter-library loan. JerseyCat is the statewide OPAC, or Online Public Access Catalog. See Mr. Walden for a tutorial on accessing and searching this catalog. Individuals are responsible for loaned materials not DMAE.

Need a Library Card?

Teachers who live in a town with a public library belonging to BCCLS must obtain a card at their public library. If a teacher lives outside of the BCCLS region he or she may obtain a courtesy card from Englewood Public Library. To do this the teacher must get a letter from EPSD stating that he or she is employed in the District and resides outside of the BCCLS member region.

Databases

We have access to a variety of educational databases, which can be searched individually or simultaneously. The full-text databases are provided by JerseyClicks in the following subject areas:

Additionally, due to the generosity of Englewood Public Library we have been granted access to these Facts on File databases:

Teachers and students can access these databases on or off campus with the DMAE Library barcode. Please see Mr. Walden for the number.
