Dear Parents/Guardians,
We hope this message finds you well. We are excited to share that the Englewood Public School District will once again offer our comprehensive Summer Learning Camp for students currently in grades 1–5. Our EPSD Connect Camp promises to be an enriching experience filled with academic engagement, STEM activities, community projects, and exciting field trips.
EPSD Connect Camp will be held at McCloud Elementary School from July 7 through July 27. Camp hours are 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day. The program runs Monday through Thursday, except for the first week, which begins on Tuesday due to the Independence Day holiday, and the final week, which runs on Monday only.
One of the key highlights of our Summer Learning Camp is its holistic approach to education. Through a diverse range of activities, students will not only strengthen their academic skills but also foster creativity, teamwork, and community involvement. From hands-on STEM projects to meaningful community service initiatives, there will be something for every student to enjoy and benefit from.
To ensure the smooth operation of the program, busing will be provided for all participants. Additionally, it's important to note that there are 30 seats available per grade level, and admission will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, we encourage you to register your child as soon as possible to secure their spot in this exciting summer program.
It is essential to emphasize that participating students are expected to commit to the summer program's full duration. Consistent attendance ensures that students can fully immerse themselves in the learning experience and derive maximum benefit from the activities offered.
