The Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council (SSAC) meets with the Superintendent six times per year to advise, provide feedback and present viable solutions on District initiatives and programs. The SSAC also acts as the advisory council to the Student Board Member.
The council is seeking to add Dwight Morrow High School and Janis Dismus Middle School students for the 2023-2024 school year.

Back to School Event
Dear Englewood School Community,
The Winton White Stadium recently underwent major renovations after being damaged by Hurricane Ida in 2021. Home to the Maroon Raiders’ football team, and used by other EPSD sports teams, the stadium and field are a source of pride for our students and the community.
We understand and support community engagement in health and wellness. Residents are welcome to use the track to walk during the week when the stadium is open. However, there is a growing concern regarding the unapproved use of the field and facilities, which has caused an increase in trash left on the field and damage to property. The maintenance of the newly renovated Winton White Stadium is the district's priority to ensure that our student-athletes will have a well-maintained facility to practice and host sporting events.
Starting Friday, August 18, 2023, Winton White Stadium will be closed to the public during the weekend. We are working with the Englewood PD to keep our schools safe and prevent trespassers. We thank you in advance for the public’s understanding and support in this matter.
